By challenges, I mean the lack of good opportunities, limited career options, a regressive academic system, insufficient funding, and, of course, the modest income prospects. Still, there are ways to enjoy the process, one such being the Summer Fellowship by the Indian Academy of Sciences (IASc-SRFP).
